| Mr. Klimpke manages
Rockland's Dortmund office and is the Regional
Director for Germany and Central Europe.
He has been involved in the engineering
and construction business for more than
30 years. Previously, Mr. Klimpke worked
at Uhde GmbH in Germany - a major worldwide
engineering contractor - in positions including
Director of Business Development and Head
of Project Finance and Commercial Proposals. |

| Mr. Geiss is
responsible for business origination, evaluation
and structuring of investment transactions.
He is a recognized leading industry expert
in renewable energy and biofuel technologies
with over 20 years of experience in Germany's
renewable energy and gas market. Prior to
joining Rockland, Mr. Geiss worked on renewable
projects for Ruhrgas. |
