Mr. Harlan was
a founding member of Rockland Capital in
2003 and has been its Chief Operating Officer
since inception. He is the President of
Rockland Capital Management and is on the
firm's Investment Committee. He is responsible
for deal origination and for the overall
management, strategy and operations of Rockland
Capital. Mr. Harlan has served on the board
of all of Rockland's portfolio companies.
Mr. Harlan has twenty-four years of experience
in all aspects (technical and commercial
management) of the electric power business.
Prior to founding Rockland, he focused on
the independent power acquisition and restructuring
business where he acted as commercial lead
for several successful power asset transactions
at Cinergy Capital & Trading and El Paso
Merchant Energy. While at El Paso, Mr. Harlan
also acted as commercial lead on the acquisition
and financings of commodity derivative agreements,
managed a portfolio of debt and preferred
equity investments in energy ventures and
served on the board of Electric City Corporation.
Earlier, Mr. Harlan was involved in the
early stages of building a power marketing
and trading business for Koch Industries
and has over ten years of electric power
marketing and power plant engineering experience
with Delmarva Power.
Mr. Harlan holds an MBA from the University
of Delaware and a BS in Mechanical Engineering
from Virginia Tech. |

Mr. Del Giudice
is the Chairman of Rockland Capital Management
and is on the Investment Committee. He was
a founding member of Rockland Capital in
2003 and has been its Chairman since inception.
Mr. Del Giudice's role is to assist in shaping
the company's strategic business goals,
source acquisition and investment opportunities
using his many connections in the energy
and financial sectors, and to manage regulatory
and political issues for Rockland and its
portfolio companies.
Mr. Del Giudice combines a twenty-year career
in senior government positions with a subsequent
twenty years in investment banking and private
equity. He currently serves on the boards
of various companies including Con Edison
Inc. as lead director and Barnes & Noble,
Inc. He is the former Chairman of Orange
& Rockland Utilities Corp., a New York based
electric and gas utility company, and led
its effort to merge with Consolidated Edison
in 1999. Mr. Del Giudice also previously
served as a General Partner at Lazard Fr�res
& Co., Chief of Staff to New York Governor
Mario M. Cuomo and deputy Chief of Staff
to New York Governor Hugh L. Carey.
Mr. Del Giudice graduated from the City
College of New York (B.B.A. 1960) and completed
graduate studies at New York University.

Mr. Lambert was
a founding member of Rockland Capital in
2003, has been its President since inception
and is on Rockland's Investment Committee.
He is located in Rockland's New York office
and is responsible for sourcing acquisitions
and for coordinating the legal affairs of
Rockland and its portfolio companies.
Mr. Lambert brings a private equity career
spanning 40 years with investment experience
in both the real estate and electric power
industries. Prior to joining Rockland, Mr.
Lambert developed the 500 MW gas-fired power
plant in Astoria (Queens), New York and
he restructured the Project Orange plant
with a debt financing and a monetization
of the power sales and gas supply agreements.
Previously, Mr. Lambert was Chairman of
Interactive Properties Corp. for 25 years,
during which his career encompassed virtually
every aspect of real estate including ownership
of major commercial properties, real estate
financing, acquisitions, sales and sale-leasebacks.
Mr. Lambert attended Columbia
University.

Mr. Litts has
been a lead investment professional with
Rockland Capital since its inception and
is on Investment Committee. His responsibilities
at Rockland include business development
and deal structuring and he has been deeply
involved in the commercial management and
disposition of many of Rockland's portfolio
assets.
Mr. Litts has worked in the power industry
since 1998 and has led due diligence and
commercial negotiations on many transactions.
Prior to Rockland, he focused on acquisitions,
divestitures and restructurings of independent
power projects at El Paso Merchant Energy
and had previously worked on independent
power project restructuring transactions
at Cinergy Capital. Earlier, Mr. Litts spent
five years in the financial services industry.
Mr. Litts is a CFA charterholder and has
a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance
both from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Maiz has
been a lead investment professional with
Rockland Capital since early 2003 and is
on the Investment Committee. He is responsible
for the origination, evaluation and closing
of Rockland acquisitions and has taken the
lead on the commercial management of several
Rockland portfolio companies.
Mr. Maiz has over fifteen years of experience,
both technical and commercial, in the domestic
energy industry. Prior to joining Rockland,
his focus had been on acquisitions, restructurings
and divestitures of independent power projects
at El Paso Merchant Energy where he led
and supported several successful transactions.
Prior to El Paso, Mr. Maiz spent eight years
with the Royal Dutch/Shell group of companies.
The commercial roles he held included both
power plant development at Coral Energy
and the acquisition and development of domestic
natural gas properties at Shell Exploration
and Production Company.
Mr. Maiz holds an MBA from Tulane University
and a BS in Engineering from the University
of South Florida. |

Mr. Yeager was

His primary responsibilities include business
origination, structuring and financing of
Rockland projects. Mr. Yeager has been deeply
involved in the management of several of
Rockland's profitable portfolio companies.
Mr. Yeager has twenty years of experience,
from both a commercial and banking perspective,
in the domestic and international power
business. Prior to joining Rockland, Mr.
Yeager worked in the independent power project
acquisition and restructuring business.
He was one of three founders of Cinergy
Capital & Trading and later as commercial
lead for several successful acquisitions
and restructurings of projects at El Paso
Merchant Energy. In addition, he managed
El Paso's European power asset group where
he brought the restructuring model to the
European IPP sector. Earlier, Mr. Yeager
worked in both the Project Finance and Interest
Rate Derivatives Groups at TD Securities
in New York.
Mr. Yeager is a CFA charterholder and holds
a BS from Rutgers University and an MBA
from Duke University. |

been an investment professional with Rockland
Capital since 2003. His primary responsibilities at Rockland include origination, evaluation and structuring of investments. Mr. Zapalac also plays a key role in the
management of the commercial affairs of
Rockland portfolio companies.
Mr. Zapalac has over seven years of experience
in the energy industry. Before Rockland,
he was involved in acquisitions, restructurings
and divestitures of independent power projects
at El Paso Merchant Energy. During his time
at El Paso, Mr. Zapalac was involved in
transaction due diligence, structuring,
negotiations and valuation. Previously,
he worked as an engineer in the oil field
services industry.
Mr. Zapalac received a BS in Engineering
and a MBA in Finance both from the University
of Texas at Austin. |
