| Mr. Pickard manages
Rockland's London office and is responsible
for oversight of Rockland's European business.
He brings over 15 years of active involvement
in both the UK and European power and gas
markets. Prior to joining Rockland, Mr.
Pickard worked for both National Power and
El Paso. His specific experience includes
deal origination, structuring, closing and
implementation of equity and debt investments,
power plant and investment management, project
restructurings, commodity monetizations
and residual investment disposals. |

| Mr. Gordon is
Rockland's Regional Director for the UK
and NW Europe and has more than 15 years
experience of originating and managing investments
in energy infrastructure. Previously, he
was a Director of Indepen Consulting for
four years where his main involvement was
with UK utilities. In addition, Mr. Gordon
worked at both National Power and BP where
his experience includes deal origination,
investment appraisal and asset management
in the European and other international
gas and power sectors. |

| Mr. Li's responsibilities
include origination, evaluation, analysis
and structuring of potential investment
opportunities. He also brings significant
experience in emissions trading and carbon
finance and will lead Rockland's initiatives
in those areas. Mr. Li has over 15 years
of experience in the power sector with various
multinationals including PriceWaterhouseCoopers,
National Power and Alstom. |
