NEW YORK   Michael Del Giudice - Chairman and Senior Managing Director Mr. Del Giudice co-manages Rockland's New York Office and focuses on capital formation, investor relations and new business activities. He combines a twenty-year career in senior government positions with an eighteen-year career as an investment banker. In addition to his position at Rockland, Mr. Del Giudice is currently Senior Managing Director of Millennium Capital Markets LLC. He also serves on the board of Consolidated Edison Company, Inc. and is a member of its Executive, Audit and Compensation Committees. He was Board Chairman of Orange & Rockland Utilities Corp. and led the effort to merge with Con Edison. Mr. Del Giudice also is a member of the boards of Barnes & Noble, Inc., Fusion Telecommunications Inc., and the New York Racing Assn. Earlier, Mr. Del Giudice was a General Partner at Lazard Frères & Co. and Chief of Staff to New York Governors Mario M. Cuomo and Hugh L. Carey.     Gerald Crotty - Vice-Chairman Mr. Crotty co-founded and currently directs Weichert Enterprise LLC, a private and public equity market investment company and Rockland's lead investor. As Rockland's Vice-Chairman, he serves on Rockland's board and provides general oversight and guidance for the company. Mr. Crotty brings to Rockland his extensive experience in corporate leadership, international business, private capital and public equity markets, government and the law. His experience includes service on several boards, senior management positions with ITT Corp and positions as Assistant Counsel, Counsel, and Secretary to the Governor of New York. He holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. from Fordham University.     Joseph Lambert - President and Senior Managing Director Mr. Lambert co-manages Rockland's New York Office and is responsible for oversight of Rockland's business development, strategy and financing arrangements. He brings a private equity career spanning 34 years with investment experience in both the real estate and power industries. Prior to joining Rockland, Mr. Lambert was involved in the independent power industry in multiple roles including the acquisition, restructuring, greenfield development and disposition of various projects. He currently is Senior Managing Director of Millennium Capital Markets LLC. Previously, Mr. Lambert's career encompassed virtually every aspect of real estate including ownership of major commercial properties, real estate financing, acquisitions, sales and sale-leasebacks.
